All tickets (In-person, Livestream and Saturday Night) are non refundable.
Tickets can be transferred to another person. This will incur a $50 administration fee.
- You will need to provide us with their details in writing.
Any changes to tickets must be finalised no later than 1 (one) month before the original purchased event.
Although the current advertised speakers are committed to this event, we recognise that unforeseen circumstances may lead to any of the advertised speakers being unable to attend – if this is the case, rest assured that the line-up will be epic, but the organisers reserve the right to change it without notice (although of course we will let you know).
If the event is cancelled completely due to unforeseeable and or grave circumstances by The IN8 Summit, you will be refunded the value of your ticket minus the booking fee of $99 per ticket.
100% money back guarantee – if you’re not entirely satisfied with your experience at The IN8 Summit you may be entitled to a full refund of your Summit ticket price (excluding Saturday Night ticket if purchased) subject to the following conditions:
- You must have attended 100% of the 2-days of The IN8 Summit in-person.
- You have voiced your concerns with Dr Sam Floreani himself at some stage during the Summit.
- You have also voiced your concerns on the last day when Dr Sam Floreani asks all attendees

If you purchase an in-person ticket, then government or border restrictions stop you from travelling to The IN8 Summit, your in-person ticket will be transferred to a Livestream ticket.
In the case that the capacity of a venue in capped at a lower number than originally forecast, or in-person events are cancelled by authorities, your ticket will be transferred to a Livestream ticket.
